Spring spiral review that fits the schedule
Most puzzles take 5 to 15 minutes. Use one task for April morning work, a math center, or an early finisher activity. You can also select several puzzles for small groups or end of year test preparation.

Join the Prank Patrol
A series of pranks has disrupted the school. To stop them, students crack codes, find passwords, interpret clues, and solve multi-step problems. The storyline adds variety while the math remains the main task.
Students often need more than a correct calculation. For example, they may compare possible answers or apply a cipher. As a result, the activities encourage careful reading, perseverance, and math discussion.

Ways to teach with the set
Project one puzzle as a daily warm-up, then compare strategies as a class. For independent work, students can record answers on the tracking log. You may also place different tasks around the room for partner stations.
