Multiply and divide as fast as you can! Your 3rd graders must solve five math puzzles to capture the Candy Corn Man in this engaging multiplication within 100 escape room.
The candy corn theme makes this a fun choice for Halloween math or fall review, but Halloween is not specifically mentioned in the activity. You can use it throughout the fall or any time your students need meaningful multiplication and division practice.
Choose the format that works best for your class. The digital version is a no-prep, self-checking Google Forms activity with no clues to hide or answers to check. Students do not need email addresses or Google accounts. The printable version includes five full-page black-and-white clues and is easy to prepare for an unplugged classroom challenge. You can also combine the two versions.

The activity works well for Halloween math, fall centers, multiplication review, enrichment, assessment, early finishers, homeschool instruction, tutoring, or a collaborative classroom challenge. Most students finish in 35 to 45 minutes, although students with a strong understanding of the concepts may complete it in about 20 minutes.
Students can work in pairs, groups of three, as a whole class, or independently. All information needed is included, so students do not need to search the web. If you plan to use the digital version, please confirm that your school or district allows Google Forms.
